If you don't have access to a wifi connection, you can still use voice XPON to make calls. All you need is a data connection through a cellular network. To do this, simply enable data roaming on your phone. Once you've done that, you can make and receive calls as usual. The only difference is that you'll be using your data allowance instead of a wifi connection.
